BOOST PROGRAM
Minor Boost Your Business helps young, ambitious entrepreneurs build their businesses, both personally and professionally. For five months, you will be challenged to critically examine your concept, reflect on your personal growth, and above all: take the plunge and take action!
The structured group sessions of the program provide a strong foundation, but YOU determine your own path. The focus is on learning by doing, embracing failures as part of the process, and constantly testing your assumptions.
In just five months, I have learned so much and become much more focused on my business!

The program consists of regular group sessions combined with extensive individual support.
Group sessions
Sessions on business models
We work with the Business Model Canvas and the Lean Canvas. Using the Lean Startup method, you continuously refine your idea with minimal resources, test it in the market, and make adjustments where necessary. You regularly present your progress, decisions, and research, while receiving critical feedback from colleagues and experts.
Goal: learn quickly, adapt, validate, and ultimately grow and boost your business.
Effectuation sessions
Learning happens by doing, but doing alone is not enough. You reflect on every step and use models such as Effectuation to help you think strategically. Who are your most important stakeholders? What resources do you have at your disposal? What risks are acceptable?
You don’t have to predict the future if you’re the one building it.
Discipline is essential: you document your journey in a blog, in which you keep track of your insights and breakthroughs.
Goal: Get to know your strengths and weaknesses through meaningful reflection.

Peer Review Sessions
This is your space to discuss personal obstacles, support others, and tackle challenges, whether they involve doubts about your concept, friction with a coach, or issues within the program. Honest conversations lead to real growth.
