Halil Ibrahim

My name is Halil Ibrahim, I am 22 years old and originally from Southern Germany. Currently, I am living in the Netherlands for an exchange semester to broaden my international perspective and gain new academic insights.

I am part of a well-established retail supermarket chain based in the south of Germany. While the business already has a strong foundation in the physical retail market, my goal is to help lead its transition into the digital age. Within the Boost Your Business program, I am focusing on developing my leadership skills to prepare for future executive responsibilities.

In addition to the management side, I am taking a hands-on approach to our digital presence. This includes everything from website design and the creation of our own app to modernizing our overall marketing strategy. I am really interested in how we can combine traditional retail strengths with new technology. I look forward to connecting and sharing ideas with other entrepreneurs about growth, design, and leadership.
